Long-term customer relationships are built on trust. Unfortunately, many shady retailers abuse that trust by spamming boguc reviews on their sites. The retail tech industry has been seeking ways to get past the bogus reviews and reach the truth, and FieldStack President and founder Brett Wickard contributed to the conversation in an article in RetailDive last week.
